Yoshiyuki SahashiBorn on September 7, 1961, in Meguro, Tokyo. He made his professional debut in 1983 as a member of the band "UGUISS," which he formed during high school. After the band disbanded, he began working as a session guitarist, quickly gaining the trust of many artists due to his exceptional musical sensibility, broad knowledge, and outstanding performance skills. He later became involved in arrangements and production, contributing many classic songs to the music world. He is also highly regarded for his live performances, stemming from his band background. Sahashi continues to support the Japanese music scene widely, including his acoustic duo "Yamagen" with Hirokazu Ogura, his unit "Darjeeling" with Dr. kyOn, and the recent revival of "UGUISS" after a 40-year hiatus.
