Haruto IizawaHaruto Iizawa is a solo artist who writes, composes, arranges, mixes, and even creates part of the artwork for his music, all from a single room in his home. A multi-instrumentalist focusing on percussion and string instruments, he graduated from the Department of Information Design at Tama Art University.
Since placing sixth in the weekly chart on the Japanese indie platform Eggs with his very first release in 2020, Iizawa has continued to receive acclaim on platforms such as YouTube and SoundCloud. His densely layered sonic world, where sharp collage sensibility intersects with quiet disillusionment toward society, has left a lasting impression on online listeners.
In 2024, he began performing live both solo and with a full band. With music that constantly evolves, Iizawa continues to present a bold vision of what alternative pop can be in the new era.
