currenA shy band from a quiet suburb on the west side of Tokyo.
The band began in February 2024 when vocalist Yuno, who moved to Tokyo from Fukushima, joined forces with guitarist Koga, bassist Hayashi, and drummer Yamada, all originally from Tokyo. Influenced by a love for city pop and a longing for his hometown, Yuno writes and composes the songs, blending them with the band's sound, which draws inspiration from US and UK rock and funk. Without fully understanding their direction, the band is united by a shared belief they don't want to just go through the motions.
