Medium RareMedium Rare is a Japanese pop unit. They debuted in 2005 with the single "Senzoku Waitress" and released their first album Cat Street in 2007. The album featured the distinct, languid world of the original vocalist Ray. After Ray's departure, Mika Shinzawa, an emotional vocalist, joined the group in February 2009, transforming them into a four-member band. Their second album, Time Machine, showcased Mika's expressive vocal abilities. However, the band went on hiatus in 2010.
