ChihiroFukuoka's Oyafuko-dori CLUB BASE is the birthplace of ILL. Since his teens, he has been staying out all night, immersed in ILL, and completely soaked in DOPE at the bottom of a dark, glossy pit. A genuine eloquent speaker who has been carefully matured and fermented until he becomes something special. Moreover, a Japanese man who harbors a mysterious, morbid allure.
