A native of Jamaica raised in Toronto, Canada, Avatára has been exposed to many different music genres but gravitates towards performing Hip Hop. He has performed at venues in Tokyo, but has recently been content staying in the studio creating. Rather than resort to the common theme of boastful & degrading lyrics which plague the industry, each of Avatára's songs have a strong social or scientific issue that it tackles, leaving listeners with food for thought in the form of well-crafted lyrical composition. Not only does he write & record his own songs, he also edits mixes & masters tracks, as well as creating Hip Hop & Dancehall mixes which he uploads to social media.
