Ryo-hey

Ryo-hey - Japanese guitarist/singer/composer Born in 1980 in Japan. While in junior high school Ryo-hey found inspiration in music by Japanese singer/songwriter, "Yutaka Ozaki", causing him to pick up the acoustic guitar and make his start in music. He was inspired by "Jimi Hendrix" and many other guitarists, singers, and composers, regardless of genre. His sweet voice and the expressive sound of his guitar is thought by many to be best enjoyed at the beach. He is a nontraditional artist who works freely on his own terms while also taking time to record in his own home studio. After moving to Fukuyama, Hiroshima from Tokyo at the time of the great east Japan earthquake in 2011, he began teaching music through his " Ryo-hey Guitar&Vocal Lesson". While he performs solo as "Ryo-hey" as well as in the groups "ORGADDIM" and "Bounce Back Boys", he also works behind the scenes to provide and produce music. In May 2016, he released a new acoustic concept album "Everytime". When he isn't working on his music, he is a part time farmer, working to maintain his farms, rice fields, and bamboo forests. He has joined various artists' recording sessions and concerts such as "DA PUMP" and "Leyona" as a guitarist. His first album "Birth*"(2008) won second place in the surf category of MySpace.
