Inspired by the people he meets, the places he travels, and the emotions found in everyday life, Shuma creates songs about gratitude, connection, hope, and the moments we wish we could hold onto forever.
His music blends modern J-pop with emotional melodies energetic arrangements and the atmosphere of the ocean and island life.
In 2026 Shuma began his musical journey with his debut single Paper Airplane Across the Sea
The song was inspired by a simple idea: what if we could put our gratitude for the people we love onto a paper airplane and let it fly across the sea?
For Shuma music is a way of turning feelings into something that can be shared - something that can travel beyond distance language and time.
From quiet emotions to moments that burst into life, he hopes to create songs that stay in people's memories and gently move their hearts.
