Shinsuke SugaharaA singer-songwriter from Miyagi Prefecture.
A soul singer.
Began her singing career after graduating from junior high school.
With soul music as her root, she performs exhilarating, wild, and emotionally charged live shows all over Japan, in live houses, clubs, bars, izakayas, and on the streets.
For the past 16 years, since moving to Tokyo, she has performed street live shows every night in front of train stations, which has been her life's work.
She has written over 1000 letters of apology.
These street live shows led to her participation in a Japan-Kyrgyzstan friendship concert at the Filarmonia National Theatre in Kyrgyzstan, Central Asia, in September 2023. She produced and performed a Japan-Kyrgyzstan friendship song.
Afterward, she became a board member of the Japan Institute attached to the Alabayev Kyrgyz National University.
The following month, in October, footage of his street performance went viral in China, leading to live tours in Shanghai and Ningbo. Both shows were completely sold out.
In February 2024, he fulfilled his long-held goal of a month-long street performance tour across Europe, visiting Italy, Spain, and Germany.
This tumultuous journey included being caught by Berlin police, having his instruments confiscated, and being fined.
In September 2024, he released his fifth album, "WORLD."
In April 2025, he toured Busan, South Korea for a live performance.
On August 6, 2025, he held the "WORLD" release party FINAL at Daikanyama Hareta Sora ni Mame Maite. 150 people, sold out!
Released his 6th original album, "LONESOME BOY," in November.
Release live show held at Shindaita FEVER on December 4th, also sold out.
Solo live show held at Daikanyama ORD. on June 21st, 2026.
