YugaSoda2012: While attending university in Osaka, he discovered that a weekly cipher was held every Saturday on the Umeda Station footbridge and decided to drop in. From then on, he made weekly trips to Umeda Station for the cipher.
2019: Began fully contributing to Umeda Cypher's tracks starting with their indie album Never Get Old. For his solo career, he released the self-produced EP Chair, handling trackmaking himself and featuring guest artists on every song.
2021: While working as a company employee in Nagoya, he continued his indie music activities with Umeda Cypher and formed the band ''New Bonded'' in Nagoya. Under this moniker, they released the single ''DAY LIGHT''.
2024: Released the EP Barrel Age under the name New Bonded.
June 2025: Changed his MC name from ''Cola'' to ''YugaSoda''.
April 2026: Released ''I KI O I'', his first single after changing his name.
July 2026: Released the EP Snaps.
He organizes ''Blew&Flow''-an event themed around pairing his love for beer and music-centered around the craft beer bar ''Lervig / LIBUSHI'' in Bashamichi, Yokohama.
October 2026: Scheduled to hold his very first solo live show.
