Artist Profile
Smith.miismith.mii is an acoustic duo that has been active since 2019, bringing together a wealth of musical experience as guitar and piano instructors, accompanists, and support musicians.
Committed to expressing the world of each song using only guitar, piano, and their two voices, they perform without drums or any other rhythm instruments. They pursue an acoustic sound that values the beauty of space between notes and the warmth of words.
A defining feature of smith.mii is the harmony created by their two voices as they seamlessly alternate between lead vocals and harmonies. Their repertoire focuses mainly on cover songs, carefully reimagined through their own acoustic arrangements, transcending genres and generations.
In addition to performing covers, they also write and release original music, sharing delicate emotions and heartfelt stories that can only be expressed through their simple yet expressive musical style, creating music that gently resonates with the hearts of their listeners.
