Artist Profile
ZAKITOZAKITO is a Japanese hybrid vocal artist who blends emotionally expressive human vocals with AI-generated vocal tones to create a distinctive third voice. By bringing together the natural vulnerability of the human voice and the clarity of AI vocals, he explores musical expression that neither could achieve alone.
Rooted in J-pop, cinematic rock, emotional ballads, and high-energy motivational anthems, ZAKITO transforms anxiety, uncertainty, worry, and inner conflict into music that celebrates the beauty of being human. His songs are for those who want to keep moving forward, one step at a time, even while carrying their doubts.
ZAKITO writes, composes, sings, and arranges his own music, drawing on real experiences and genuine emotions. Alongside his hybrid vocal releases, he also creates songs performed entirely with his natural voice, exploring contemporary J-pop through multiple forms of expression.
On May 30, 2026, he released Tatoeba (For Example), a love song performed entirely with his own human voice. The track offers listeners a rare opportunity to hear ZAKITO's unprocessed vocal expression outside of his hybrid vocal style.
On June 30, 2026, he released Gyakufu o Sake / Tear Through the Headwind, a motivational anthem for students preparing for exams, new professionals, athletes, and anyone pursuing a dream or goal. With cinematic rock energy, the song is made for moments when giving up is not an option, when you need to push beyond your limits in study, work, competition, or life.
On July 31, 2026, ZAKITO released Awakened Rising, a high-energy rock track with lyrics entirely in English. Centered on awakening, personal growth, and renewal, the song combines human vocals and AI vocal tones to capture the urge to rise and move forward. It was created for moments when listeners want to shift into a higher gear while driving, working out, or running.
His latest release, Shadowborne Light, arrived on September 26, 2026. Based on a moving true story about a birthday gesture from his father to his mother, the song feat
