INGENINGEN Artist Profile
INGEN is an artist based in Numazu, Shizuoka.
Blending raw HIPHOP lyricism with the sway of REGGAE, he rides raggamuffin-inspired, vertically bouncing beats layered with real emotion.
Numazu Chuo Park is home ground.
Concrete ledges. High-handlebar bikes. Mount Kanuki. Sunsets sinking into Suruga Bay.
Ordinary landscapes and the memories carved into them.

His first single, SPACE, overlaps the meaning of outer space with the empty space left in the heart.
He grew up in the same town as a friend who once seriously said he would become an astronaut.
That friend eventually disappeared, not gone but remaining deep inside his chest as SPACE.
Carrying that emptiness forward, INGEN lets it resonate through his own beats.
He produces his own tracks, handling everything himself from memories to pain.

His live performances are centered in eastern Shizuoka, including appearances in Kabukicho, sharing stages with
DJ Soulmankich,iDJ MASTER KEY, DJ DIRTYKRATES aka Zeebra, DJ SHIBUCHIN, and DJ OSHO, building experience within the real underground scene.
He also received the Judges Special Award from Yukie Kamiya at Shizuoka Live United, hosted by K-mix.
The station program Yukie Kamiya no Dokuritsu Sengen featured him in a dedicated 30-minute special, earning strong recognition from local media.
He is becoming a defining figure of the new generation in the Shizuoka local scene.
