kanpeki na hoshiThe name kanpeki na hoshi (meaning a perfect star in Japanese) contains an inherent contradiction.
The stars that shimmer in the night sky appear distant, beautiful, and perfect. Yet in reality, they are irregular and incomplete. Still, people are drawn to them. It is precisely because they are imperfect that they feel beautiful. We, too, may seem perfect to someone while carrying our own flaws within. Even knowing perfection does not truly exist, we continue to seek it. This band exists to embrace that contradiction.
