Formed in 2024 after Takahashi invited friends he often spent nights drinking with, the band began performing in Tokyo's live house scene.
Combining pop sensibilities with a subtle sense of melancholy, rough creates simple yet powerful three-piece rock inspired by everyday emotions.
In 2026, the band released their debut single featuring Futari no Story (Our Story) and Fuan (Anxiety).
