YellockA multiverse artist who uses the latest technology to
experimentally and futuristically update the possibilities of live performance with music, with a focus on dance music.
At the live performance held at Shibuya WOMB in January 2020, a "flesh-and-blood human" wearing an ultra-high-performance motion-capture suit and a "virtual human" who performs the same movements as a human in a timeless manner in a virtual space appeared at the same time. The world premiere of the virtual human live performance, in which two YELLOCK performers, one real and one virtual, appeared at the same time.
This new possibility of musical expression attracted a great deal of attention.
Since then, YELLOCK has been regularly performing "XR LIVE," an online live show that focuses on immersive expression in a virtual world, as well as real live shows in which sound, images, lighting, and the venue itself are transformed into a 3D space.
In October 2021, he released the album "Virtual Human Being" and was selected as a digital artist for the "DIGITAL DAYS SUMMIT," which was held in conjunction with the Digital Agency in
the same month.
In September 2022, he performed on the main stage of ULTRA JAPAN, and his collaboration stage with the NFT collective "NEO TOKYO PUNKS" attracted a great deal of attention.
