audiot909Producer/DJ/writer. Originally a house DJ, he began producing South African dance music, Amapiano, in 2020. His single "RAT-TATTAT," released in 2022 with rapper Akko Gorilla, was featured on numerous major playlists and in the documentary "Music That Moves: Amapiano," which explores the global spread of Amapiano, making it an unprecedented hit despite being a self-released track. Since the summer of 2023, he has released a series of collaborative tracks with rappers/singers such as QN, CHIYORI, and Zhuangzi it, and his tracks have been featured on Amapiano playlists overseas, continuing to expand the possibilities of Amapiano in Japan. In November of the same year, he released his first full-length album, "JAPANESE AMAPIANO THE ALBUM," as a culmination of his work. At the same time, he continues to spread the appeal of Amapiano through various media, including serials and discussions in Sound & Recording Magazine, interviews with local producers, and radio appearances.
