She moved to Tokyo alone at the age of 15 and, after graduating from high school, quickly gained buzz in the industry with her live shows, mainly in the city. In 2009, she was selected to sing the theme song for a Toho film, making her major debut with "Negaihoshi ~I wish upon a star~."
In addition to collaborating on numerous CDs, she has also worked on numerous film and commercial music, sung chorus songs for major artists, and written songs.
