The DROPSJapanese very first girls Ska and Rocksteady band, The DROPS, was formed around 1988. Our activities had been irregular due to many member changes, but we restarted in earnest in 2023 and have been releasing a 7-inch single every year since then.
Most of the songs we play are 60's-style, mainly Ska and Rocksteady, just like when we first formed, but the sound itself is flexible and can be more original authentic style or more punk.
