Artist Profile
Kyoka BunAfter graduating from Toho Girls' High School of Music, she continued her studies in Germany, earning her degree from the Berlin University of the Arts. She then completed postgraduate studies at the same institution, obtaining the prestigious German State Artist Diploma (Konzertexamen).
She has studied under renowned pianists Michiko Shoji, Keiko Takeuchi, Rikako Murata, and Pascal Devoyon.
Active as both a soloist and a chamber musician, she has performed recitals and appeared at music festivals across various regions, as well as collaborating with orchestras as a concerto soloist.
She is also a member of the piano duo "Libra" with pianist Akiko Mimata, praised for their refined and intellectually profound ensemble performances.
