The StructuresYusei Koga's Music Project
Inspired by US chart-topping "Pop," "EDM," and "Future Bass," Yusei Koga creates a unique sonic landscape that blends rich synth sounds with an urban yet organic feel. Collaborating with international artists, he releases music aimed at a global audience.
He began his musical career in 2020 with the release of his debut album "By myside." In 2021, his single "Illusion" was nominated as a semi-finalist in the "International Songwriting Competition 2021," marking a major achievement.
Yusei discovered his passion for music at the age of 15 when he started playing guitar. He covered "J-pop" and "Western music from the '70s" and played in bands with friends. Even after entering the workforce, he continued performing in bands. In 2020, when he decided to fully pursue music as a career, he transitioned to his current style.
Building on the foundation of his band experience, Yusei now produces sophisticated tracks using "DTM" (desktop music production), combining musical sensibility with high-level production techniques.
