Yusuke KuraharaBorn in 1991. Lives and works in Kumamoto.
Bassist/farmer musician who repeatedly creates and experiments with music based on his research into African and other ethnic music.
He is also a farmer, and while advocating the genre of "farmer's music," which expands the idea from the relationship between agriculture and music that is dotted throughout human history, he is seeking a role as a chronicler of history.
In 2022, he will be performing and recording in South Africa, and is expanding his activities overseas, releasing a beat tape album "yhyk," co-written with guitarist Yutaka Hirasaka, on the British label beatsupply.
