沖縄県石垣市白保出身 14歳で八重山古典民謡を始める。 2015年に八重山古典民謡保存会最優秀賞受賞、関東を中心にライブ活動を行う。 主に八重山民謡を歌っており、その小柄な身体からは想像がつかないほどの力強くも澄んだ歌声が魅力の本格派女性唄者。
