YAS I AM

A rapper from Otaru, Hokkaido. He started using a microphone around the age of 16 and has also been active on the street. He is known as a central figure in the Hokkaido-based hip-hop crew CHOCOLATE FACTORY. In 2009, he co-starred with B.I.G JOE in his comeback work REAL HOT SAPPORO and left a strong impact as North's last MC. Released his first solo album LIVE the LIFE in December 2017. After releasing the joint album THEJOINT with DJ YO-HEI a.k.a. PEI in 2020, he will release his long-awaited second album REBORN in 2022.
