Ricky with FSPRicky with FSP is a Jazz Funk Dance Band led by Japanese saxophonist Ricky. Featuring a dynamic 10-piece lineup including vocalists and dancers, the band delivers high-energy live performances that seamlessly blend Jazz, Funk, R&B, Soul, Disco, and contemporary dance music into an exciting live entertainment experience.
Based in Japan, Ricky with FSP performs regularly at jazz festivals, outdoor events, and live music venues across the country while actively expanding its presence overseas. The band has appeared as a guest act at the Cheonan World Dance Festival & Jazz Festival in South Korea and Japan Expo Thailand in Bangkok. They were also scheduled to perform at the Hong Kong Jazz Festival, although the event was unfortunately cancelled due to a typhoon.
In recent years, Ricky with FSP has developed a strong creative partnership with renowned Australian R&B singer Deni Hines, composing and arranging many of her recent releases. The band has also collaborated internationally by participating in recording projects for Hong Kong singer KENDY, continuing to build connections with artists across Asia and beyond.
Taking advantage of its unique combination of a live band and professional dancers, Ricky with FSP also produces its original entertainment event, RWF Dance Live Show, where live music and dance come together in one spectacular performance. In addition to performing, the band is actively involved in producing and creating original events, constantly exploring new ways to connect audiences through music and dance.
With a mission to bring people together through groove, rhythm, and live performance, Ricky with FSP continues to create unforgettable experiences for audiences both in Japan and around the world.
