Ren Komasawa is an illustrator and filmmaker. She has done a wide range of artwork, from textbook illustrations to music-related logos, designs and artwork. In 2018, she suddenly started to play a musical instrument without any experience and started to write original music.In 2019, she formed the unit nemuigirl with her classmates from her club and released it on Waseda Music Records. She already passed the preliminary round of Kodansha's Miss iD2021. Her diverse activities have attracted a lot of attention.
