PonaPona was formed in 2025 as a solo project by Sae Teramae. The members of Pona are Sae Teramae (vocals and lyrics) and Masaharu Kurita (composition, performance, and recording). Their original songs draw inspiration from folk, bossa nova, jazz, classical, easy listening, and film music. They have released three albums "Pona Lona", "AHIAHI", and "prayer". These were recorded at Masaharu Kurita's home. In 2026, they will release the acoustic album "Anything Else?"
