Mushroom Vanilla, a former manga editor, embarked on a journey as a DIY musician driven by her love for nature and composition. Her philosophy is to create fun music, and she does so by producing her compositions, arrangements, lyrics, vocals, artwork, and music videos. Her unique sound, a blend of catchy melodies, positive lyrics in both Japanese and English, and a variety of track productions, is the hallmark of her songs. She sublimates a wide range of genres such as R&B, electronic, dance, house, hip-hop, and reggae into her unique pop music. On April 19, 2024, she released her first single ''Dawn'' and marked the beginning of her career as Mushroom Vanilla.
