Manami InoueA versatile cellist who seamlessly navigates various genres, from Jazz and Pop to Brazilian music, all grounded in a deep classical foundation.
She has participated in live tours and supports for world-renowned artists such as Jim Hall, Ron Carter, Saori Yuki & Sachiko Yasuda, EXILE ATSUSHI, and X JAPAN. Her rich, expressive tone as a soloist is also highly acclaimed in the film industry, featured in recordings for directors Shinichi Nishitani (The Marriage) and Naomi Kawase (True Mothers).
In her own projects, she focuses on her duo with pianist Chihiro Ito (releasing the album "Notes of Scarlet"). She has also released various works across different ensembles, including "3cello variation" and the trio "Mana Kana Michiru."
Currently active as a freelance cellist, she is also dedicated to composing and arranging, pushing the boundaries of the cello to explore new musical possibilities.
