langLang was formed in Tokyo in 2009.
In 2014, they released their first album "Shirabe".
In 2018, they traveled to Spain to record at Recording Studio Ultramarinos Costa Brava. That August, they released their second album "There is no reply, but sweet wind blew". During their stay, they performed at the final show of Viva Belgrado's tour, appeared at FES, and played several other shows.
From 2019 to 2020, they supported the Japan tour of The Tidal Sleep (Germany), and toured Taiwan following an invitation from Taiwanese band US:WE.
In 2020, they released their first EP "Cahier". That same year, UK label Dog Knights Productions reissued both their second album and first EP on vinyl.
In 2021, they released a split record with Boneflower (Spain), again through Dog Knights Productions.
After a lineup change in 2023, they established their current formation.
In 2024, they released the single "Resounds At The Bottom". In May, they toured Spain with Viva Belgrado, completing a fully sold-out run. In September, they hosted Viva Belgrado for a Japan tour, which drew strong crowds at all shows.
