Kohei KamotoKohei Kamoto, member of DYGL and bandmate of Yuma Abe, has been shaping his sound on the road and in the studio across Japan and beyond. Writing, recording, mixing, and even designing his own artwork, he takes a hands-on, DIY approach that keeps his music honest and personal.
His debut solo album Dangle Candle arrives in November 2025. Sung entirely in English, the record blends the raw energy of his touring life with a wide open, genre bending palette. With ambient textures and spacious soundscapes, his songs move between intimacy and vastness, like snapshots of light, air, and motion captured in sound.
