KatotomotakaIn 2005, he made his indie debut as the lead singer and guitarist of the acoustic band Sandaru.
In 2008, Sandaru announced an indefinite hiatus, and he began his solo career as singer-songwriter Kato Tomotaka.
His music is known for its slightly sad yet positive messages that gently encourage you, as well as its appealing, melodic songs.
He has worked on numerous TV commercials and sound logos in Yamagata Prefecture, as well as image songs for TV stations.
