Inco SaitoBorn in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo.
Graduated from Nihon University College of Art, Department of Broadcasting.
She got into rock music when she was in junior high school, and made her major debut in 1982 as the vocalist of a ladies' band, Tango Europe.
After the band broke up, she made her solo debut with "Lovers Always Do (Koibito wa Itsudemo)".
One day, she realized that "lyrics and poetry are what I am best at," and since then has been active as a lyricist, poet, and poetry reader as her own expression.
