Hayato SakuragiA singer-songwriter.
I was born in Japan in the 90s.
I began playing the piano with my mother's encouragement since childhood. I was also brought up listening to j-pops,specifically city pops from the 70 and 80s. Since my elder brother was a big fan of British rock, I got into it too, which led me to form my own band.
The melody in my songs is very relaxing and reminds of j-pops from the 70 and 80s. The simple lyrics that I patiently wrote while living a modern, busy life in Tokyo are, I believe, one of the attractive points of my music.
