GototoBased in Japan, GOTOTO is an experimental electronic musician exploring the interplay between structure and improvisation.
After years of producing electronic music, he began to focus on voice and presence, drawing from influences such as minimalism, jazz, folk, indigenous instruments, contemporary music, dance, and rap.
His work reflects a state-responsive, multi-modal creativity - translating each day's experiences, emotions, and physical conditions into sonic expressions that blend intuition and architecture.
Despite facing daily challenges in music production, daily life, and employment due to health conditions, GOTOTO continues to create with the hope that 'someone, somewhere, might smile - if only for a moment.'
