Epic VanguardEpic Vanguard is a Cyber-Fantasy EDM project by composer/producer ochi. Blending melodic bass, rocktronic, cinematic EDM, and the emotional language of game and anime music, the project creates grand, story-driven electronic music.
Built around the concept of accessing a fictional archive where the memories of countless eras, places, and events are stored as data, Epic Vanguard renders those records as EDM sound. By combining cinematic and emotional electronic textures with sci-fi and fantasy worldbuilding, the project transforms recorded worlds into immersive sonic experiences.
Through its instrumental works developed as the Episode Series, Epic Vanguard depicts scenes, events, and landscapes based on records from different eras and worlds preserved within the archive. Its vocal works focus on the memories and emotions of individuals who lived in those times. Each Epic Vanguard track is more than just a song; it is music that captures a fragment of a world.
