Def Monk inc.Def Monk inc. is a Tokyo-based hip-hop crew formed in 2020.
Blending music and dance, they bring their energy to stages ranging from live houses to club scenes.
Their sound crosses genres-from hip-hop and funk to pop-while their emotionally charged performances continue to captivate audiences.
Since their debut in 2021 the group has released eight singles and four music videos.
In 2022 they headlined successful solo shows at Shibuya CLUB CAMELOT and Shibuya REX
and their track was featured as the ending theme on TV Tokyo program Jikkuri Kiitaro.
After restarting their live-centered activities in 2024 Def Monk inc. has performed across Japan,
including Tokyo Fukuoka Osaka and Nagoya.
In 2025 they released their 7th single TangDamn in June, followed by the latest single Aint no party on October 16
continuing to evolve beyond genres and boundaries with their ever-expanding creative vision.
