Black BoboiFormed in June 2018 by Julia Shortreed, Utena Kobayashi, and ermhoi following the launch of the music community label, BINDIVIDUAL.
The trio released their debut mini-album Agate in January 2019, followed by a performance on the Red Marquee stage at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL '19 in August of the same year. In November 2020, they released their first full-length album, SILK.
More recently, they performed at MUTEK.JP in 2023 and marked their first overseas appearance with a performance in Berlin in 2024.
