KANATSU
With an incomparable radiance of positivity, KANATSU stands out from the rest with her versatile singing styles that range from vibrant to soft and luminous. Her angelic voice carries emotions that wholeheartedly captivate the listeners. KANATSU's unwavering beauty and unmatched sense of entertainment stand for what she is as an artist. Born in the ancient capital of Japan, Kyoto, KANATSU has studied various types of dancing including ballet, jazz, tap, social, traditional, and hip hop from her youth. At the age of 17, she made her debut as a dance unit at a major record label, Crown Records. Her song was selected to be played in Art Corporation's nationwide commercial and her career as an artist took off. Recognized highly by renowned producers such as Seikou Nagaoka, BANANA ICE, Kosuke Kamishin, KANATSU has successfully released 2 albums. Where covering a song is considered the hallmark of showcasing one's talent, KANATSU covered one of Japanese favorites, "Koibito Yo" which was played on NHK-FM, Nippon Broadcasting, KBS Kyoto and went on to go viral. 2015, artist KANATSU begins. She starts off her new career with songs being featured as soundtracks for TV drama "Hanbun Aoi", movie "Imagination Game" and more. March 25, 2021, "You" is released as the theme song for "Gikyodai" featuring Seiji Chihara. Her long awaited new album "Prayer" will be digitally released on April 3rd!!
