The PurpleFormed in 2015 as a live band around Gt & Vo kantoku, who had been releasing solo works, the band solidified its current lineup in 2018.
In 2024, they embarked on a nationwide tour spanning 9 cities with 10 shows. Celebrating their 10th anniversary in July 2025, they will headline a one-man show at Nagoya CLUB QUATTRO.
Drawing inspiration from a diverse range of music from both Japan and abroad, they go beyond the confines of rock, crafting a timeless sound rooted in tradition yet enriched with pop melodies. Based in Nagoya, they continue to push forward with relentless energy.
