The legendary Japanese comedy duo "Folk Dance DE Narukozaka" suddenly broke up in December 1999 at the height of their popularity. Around that time, Keitaro Okeda, who was a member of the duo, started his music career as "The 3cm~", which he had always wanted to do. He has been actively performing live and releasing albums.
