Born in 1985 in Kushiro City, Hokkaido.
Growing up in Kushiro, in eastern Hokkaido a region often described as a musical backwater he absorbed a wide range of musical genres, particularly hip-hop, and eventually took the mic as a rapper.
In 2017, he formed the group "PAYBAX" in Sapporo alongside JUNK-P a.k.a. PINO and KAI.
He has focused his efforts on live performances both within and outside Hokkaido, music production, and organizing parties.
In 2020, he went on hiatus for several years due to personal circumstances, but with the support of his close friend JUNK-P, he released three works from prison.
In 2024, he resumed his activities in his hometown of Kushiro.
In addition to releasing solo works, he joined two units "DECIZE" (nEo/OSKER/JUNK-P a.k.a. PINO) and "INSIDE CORE" (Willie/OSKER/GEROGE a.k.a GAMA) and dropped a total of three albums.
As of 2026, he continues to perform live across Hokkaido while actively producing music.
