Lil taro boyTokyo-based rapper Lil taro boy began creating music during the era when SoundCloud rappers were leaving a major mark on the scene, launching his career under the "Lil" moniker like many of his peers. His lyrics, while straightforward and easy to follow, are crafted with a sense of depth, staying rooted in everyday reality while remaining approachable. This balance has earned him resonance not only among hip-hop fans but also across a wider audience. He released his first EP Jikan Geijutsu in 2021, followed by To me in 2023 and Traveling in 2024.
