KuwKuw is an artist who creates a slightly unusual genre called Jihi-pop - music rooted in compassion.
His name comes from the Japanese words "Ku" (emptiness) and "En" (connection).
Through his music, he expresses pain that can't be explained, feelings that have no answers,
and the deep desire to stay connected to others, even when it's messy and hard.
There were nights he wanted to disappear - nights he just needed someone to say, "It's okay."
Now, he tries to be that voice for someone else.
You don't have to pretend to be strong. You don't have to be perfect.
You just have to be kind. That's what he tries to sing, like a quiet prayer.
His debut album "remembrance", featuring 22 tracks, is set to release in 2025.
