Hiroyuki Kurose

He got a bass guitar at the age of 12. Awakened to play bass guitar with funk fusion, jazz and Latin music. Received awards in many other contests such as the TMF '95 National Convention Audience Award, and then studied under Tetsuo Sakurai, Hiroyuki Suzuki, and Katsunori Fukay. He passed the scholarship audition of Berklee College of Music and went to the United States, but returned to Japan due to the 911 terrorist attacks. He teaches in bass guitar, ukulele, music theory, ensemble, etc. at vocational schools and music schools. He has a good reputation for his performances backed by solid music theory and one of Japan's leading techniques. Co-starring with many domestic and foreign musicians. Providing music to various artists, CM songs, game music, recording and tour support for major artists, performing in stage music, etc., participating as a composer and arranger. While working in sessions, recording, band production, performances, etc., he is also involved as a music director while also in charge of the theme song and insert song of the movie "Tsurushibina".
