KYORYUThe members hit it off at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL '19 and formed a cover band that would become the band.
In April 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Shogo played the members some of his own compositions that he had secretly recorded since his student days, and they began making music remotely.
The band began performing under the name "KYORYU."
They began live performances in December 2022.
