Isamu Shimoji

he was born in Hirara, Miyakojima City, Okinawa in 1969. He is the only one artist who sings most of the original songs in the words of his hometown Miyakojima (Myakufutsu). Besides solo activities, he is active as "THE SAKISHIMA meeting" with Yukito Ara and "Shimobuku Record" with Masaru Shimabukuro (BEGIN). He has performed concerts not only in Japan but also in South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, the United States, Spain, etc., and has also provided music to numerous artists such as Hiromi Iwasaki and Rimi Natsukawa.
