RAPPER is based in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan. He is currently affiliated with ILL ASIA RECORDS, and his crew is active as PAYBAX under ground. In the past, he released a solo album "O.D.F", an EP with jayestee jamin, singles with DJ SEIJI (SPC) and mister bee (43force), an album "THE PAYBAX" under the name PAYBAX, and "Feel it" EP with his friend JUNK-P.
