FLAT122 is a bass restrio formed in May 2002. In 2005, he released his 1st album "THE WAVES" in advance of France. Especially, it was highly evaluated from overseas. After that, he continued his activities mainly at live houses in Tokyo and released his 2nd album "KAGEROU". It confirmed its popularity. The features of the music content are a complex polyrhythm based on minimal music and a simple and impressive melody played on it. Works and arrangements proposed by two composers, Satoshi Hirata on guitar and Takao Kawasaki on piano, their sparks collide, new sounds created by sparking, and without being disturbed by the enthusiastic gaze of core music fans. , Repeated destruction and rebirth, and continued to work until 2009.
