Doramaru

Born in Jiyugaoka in 1977. Lives and works in Numazu. After working in punk metal hardcore Gabba, etc., he got to know Pat Metheny, Square Pusher, etc., and started to lean towards fusion techno hip-hop drum'n'bass and other types of music. He has been active as a composer and producer, including providing music for the PlayStation's "Tubby Souls Tribute" (under the name of Leopaldon) and Nintendo Switch's "No More Heroes," as well as performing live and other activities. He is also a composer and producer, and performs live concerts. ~a hardware-only party held irregularly in Numazu, Japan. His performance, in which he creates songs in real time while playing guitar, synths, finger drums, voice, etc. using a sampler and looper, is well worth seeing. With friends he met in Numazu, he formed the Balearic unit "Kansei Shiki" and released an analog album. He runs a curry and Japanese restaurant "Gyochomoku" in Numazu. He spends his days cooking and making music.
